Part geometry, resin, mold, injection, plasticizing, cooling, takeout and downstream handling must sustain the same production sequence. Use this checklist before treating a machine speed value as the answer.
“Thin wall” describes an application challenge, not a universal machine specification. The same nominal wall can behave differently with another flow path, resin, gate, mold, decoration or quality requirement.

A complete-cell view does not require one supplier, but it does require one interface and responsibility matrix.

Describe the actual wall map, flow path, resin and quality requirement instead of using a single thickness label.
Break the cycle into fill, pack, cool, plasticize, open, eject, takeout, inspect and downstream handoff.
Show mold, material preparation, thermal control, robot, inspection and packing inclusions/exclusions.
Tie any acceptance target to the defined mold, resin, cavities, utilities, quality method and measurement period.
Define how label, takeout, inspection or downstream faults stop, reject, restart and preserve traceability.
The answers keep application performance conditional on the defined part, mold, material, complete cell and test basis.
There is no universal wall-thickness number that selects a machine. Evaluate the part's wall map, flow length, resin, gate and runner, quality target, total shot, mold cooling and required production sequence. Use the actual project data in the RFQ.
It is only one field. Pressure/flow demand, transfer control, total shot, plasticizing recovery, clamp and mold motion, cooling, takeout and downstream handling must support the same stable cycle. One catalogue maximum does not prove application fit.
Commercial packages can be separated, but the engineering sequence cannot. Define label supply, insertion, verification, takeout, inspection, stacking, rejects, interfaces, guarding and fault recovery across all responsible suppliers.
Agree the mold, cavities, resin and conditioning, utilities, complete cell configuration, start condition, run duration, quality sampling, reject rules, downtime treatment and output calculation before the test. Record actual conditions and deviations.
Include part and mold drawings, wall/flow information, resin grade, shot and cavities, runner/gate, current and target cycle, quality criteria, cooling data, material handling, IML/takeout, inspection, downstream packing, utilities and acceptance conditions.
